Joseph Colombo – Melbourne foreclosure Attorney

 

Joseph Colombo received his B.A. in Literature from Vassar College in 1991, and he received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1997 when he graduated with Honors from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Colombo was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, a member of the Inter-American Law Review, and a Research Assistant for a tenured Professor of Law. During his second and third years of law school, Mr. Colombo served as a law clerk for a large Miami law firm.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Colombo spent several years in Melbourne, Florida where he focused his practice on real estate. During this time, Mr. Colombo was an associate attorney for what was then the largest law firm in the United States. From Melbourne, Mr. Colombo moved to Orlando, Florida where he gained experience practicing as a construction litigator. Eventually, Mr. Colombo returned to Melbourne, Florida and opened his own law firm where he focused
almost entirely on real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Colombo currently represents some of the largest developers and construction companies in the area, as well as approximately 85
condominium and homeowners’ associations in Brevard County. The year 2012 will mark Mr. Colombo’s firm’s tenth anniversary.

Mr. Colombo is frequently invited to lecture attorney’s organizations, homeowners’ groups, etc., throughout Central Florida, regarding foreclosure proceedings and alternative solutions to foreclosure.
